Shipping time frame depends on the shipping option that you choose (we will supply a few options when the figure is released). The options will range anywhere from 1-4 months. Since majority of our items are preorders, the shipping time doesn’t start until the item finishes production and is shipped.

Shipping cost is calculated using the following variables: destination size, weight, and destination country. We do not know the dimension size and weight of the shipping box until the item is released, so our preorders do not include shipping costs. If you want to know a rough estimate for the shipping so you can better plan your order, feel free to email us at support@favorgk.com for a quote.

We take extreme care in packaging our shipments to help minimize the risk of damage the best we can. That being said, sometimes damages can occur during transit. Don’t fret! We will do everything in our power to support. Majority of the studios do have a warranty to help fix or replace any damaged pieces. The best way to go about it is to contact us with clear photos of the damages, and we will help you go through the correct process in getting the issue resolved. Please bare in mind that we are just the middleman, and do not have control over the studios procedures. Studios are the ones that decide what solutions are possible/available and every situation is handled on a case by case basis.

Please note that you must contact us via email within 7 days of the package arrival for any damage assistance support. Failure to contact us within 7 days may result in the studio’s denying any after sale support. 

Contact us anytime if you would like to cancel a preorder. Please note our our cancellation policy:

All orders are subject to a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled more than 7 days after the order placement date. The cancellation fee is the deposit amount of the item you ordered. For in stock items, or any items without a deposit, a flat 30% will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled within 7 days will be fully refunded and no cancellation fee’s will be applied.

If an order is delayed for more than 2 quarters (6 months), you may contact us via email to cancel the order and receive a store credit for the order. Cancellation fees will be voided in these situations.

*Order’s can only be cancelled. Any amount paid on an order cannot be transferred to another order and the items cannot be changed.

All the statues are limited productions, so there will be times where a statue is highly sought after and sells out quick. Once figure’s are sold out, they will not be restocked unless someone cancels thier order. Feel free to click the “notify me” button to be notified by email in the even that someone does cancel their preorder.

Majority of our products are in preorder. Please refer to the item’s description to see the estimated release date.

Statues do not have set release dates. Instead they are estimated in quarters.

Q1 (1st Quarter) – March

Q2 (2nd Quarter) – June

Q3 (3rd Quarter) – September

Q4 (4th Quarter) – December

Due to the amount of work that goes into the production of these statues, delays can happen. Estimated release times are just the studio’s estimate on when they believe they will finish the production. They are not guaranteed release times. So don’t be alarmed if it’s past the estimated release time frame and the order still hasn’t shipped.

A deposit is a partial payment made in advance to secure the product.

When the statue is available for shipment, we will send an invoice to the customer for the balance of the purchase price, as well as any applicable shipping charges.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after 7 days of order placement.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping cost.

Please note that all returns must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags still attached and all packaging included. Any items that are not in their original condition, or that have been used or altered, will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.

Gift Cards (Store Credit) can only be applied to new orders. They cannot be applied to invoices.
